Originally founded as a National Field Work Network in 1995 by Rafa, Rosa and Agustina, Merka Star sought to establish the objectives of excellence and quality in the provision of comprehensive Market Research services from the outset. The range of our services covers all types of methodologies in both qualitative and quantitative research, as well as in promotional marketing.

Its multidisciplinary technical team, made up of 24 professionals, as well as a team of over 350 interviewers, carry out work throughout the length and breadth of the country.

The great majority of our teams (technicians / analysts / coordinators / supervisors) have all had a minimum of 15 years of experience within their respective fields, with an average length of service within our company of over 12 years.

Annually, Merka Star carries out over 200 marketing projects in either qualitative, quantitative or mixed fields of research. Our operations are supported by a platform of 50 CATI telephone operator posts, over 150 tactile mobile devices with 3-4G connections (TAWI), 100 laptop computers, highly equipped qualitative study installations, personalized customer acquisition teams for focus groups / interviews, as well as a network of nationwide coordinators.
